Ancestral Shadows is a U.S. Black Metal band from New England. Born in the black autumn of 2010 from the ashes of underground project Frozen Forest by Apparitional Wolf Shadow inspired by depressive and pagan black metal. Lyrical themes and concepts include; Nature, Heathenism, Desolation, Lore. Inspired by the haunted forests and desolate landscapes of New England.
